"About 8 years ago started my first contact with yoga... ...a single Ashtanga class. A single glimpse on a flyer and a short view on one Ashtanga Studio-page... gave me the motivation to participate in a starters Class. The structure of poses, the discipline and routine that one needs to create for practise, persistence to overpass limits in the physical body .... all this resulted in my desire to master at least one intermediate level.
While travelling I got in contact with other styles (like Bikram, Yoga for Freedivers, Yin Yoga...)...and finally Classic Hatha Yoga. With most of poses I was familiar already and besides this, the Hatha classes brought more variation, in contrast with the rigidity of Ashtanga. Providing a more flexible, holistic and philosophic path of Yoga, devotion in the Hatha path brought me a larger awareness and mind fullness, this made me decide some years later to follow my passion and sign-up for a Hatha Teacher Training.
I signed up for a RYT- 200H Hatha Teacher Program in Yoga Skyros Academy, Athens and completed in 2019. Since then, I'm mainly teaching in the island of Crete - Greece, located in the region of Apokoronas, Chania."
